The Wood Blind is made of natural basswood or winnut, which grow in Xiao Xing An Ling Mountians. The basswood must grow 40 or more years to become mature and has features of good moistureproof, toughness, not easy to be rotten, distorted, and being regarded as the first premier wood for blinds that is both durable and beautiful ,and so being widely used on wood venetian blinds, which make the wood venetian blinds better than others.

We owned a full set of advanced facilities for making wood venetian blinds,and we produce wood product with hight quality fresh basswood material and enviromentally friendly lacquer, which start from Green big Long cut--> Kiln Drying--> Slitting --> Sanding--> painting--> wood blind Assembling. All products are made under strict standard quality control. The slats were selected and divided into A, B, C or D grade. Keeping moisture content around about 8%~10%. With the view not to bow, bend, crack in the future. bow and camber tolerance controlled in qualified range. Finishing slat processing is 3 X NC bases on 2 X UV surfaces to match with your color swatch.
