sanding machine: Segmented pad sander is able to sense the contours of a part because of individual sensors in the pad. This sander allows sanding operations to sand at higher tolerances, and as a result, sandthrough is reduced. And the segmented pad design allows for the utmost in safety for the work piece to be sanded. Thickness variations of up to 1.8mm are automatically compensated for ,and running uncalibrated core veneered materials is no problem at all. Additionally the edges of panels, veneered or lacquered, are not difficult to sand, even when feeding multiple parts side by side with minimal separation.
