Summary: AGRO ANIMAL SHOW – the international exhibition, the event aiming at promotion of modern technologies into livestock breeding sector, offering wide range of agricultural machinery and equipment, newest scientific and technical developments for farms of different patterns of ownership and size, professionally dealing with livestock products manufacturing. The exhibition represents the main directions of innovative development of livestock sector: Technologies of livestock and poultry farming; Veterinary; Forage production and storage; Genetics; Equipment for products processing and storage; Technologies and equipment for fish production; Equipment for manure removal and waste management; Equipment for laboratories, measurement instrumentation and automatic control systems; Services and information; Mass media and press.
General Information: In 2011, Agro Animal Show will be held within the frames of InterAGRO –the agricultural exhibition, most popular in Ukraine for the manufacturers of products for agriculture. It embraces all the spheres of agriculture and is held under support of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine, Federal Ministry of Economy of Germany, and Government of France. Agro Animal Show is an event aiming at promotion of modern technologies into livestock breeding sector, offering wide range of agricultural machinery and equipment, newest scientific and technical developments for farms of different patterns of ownership and size, professionally dealing with livestock products manufacturing. The exhibition represents the main directions of innovative development of livestock sector, being a unique information and trade platform. In 2010, Agro Animal Show section of InterAGRO exhibition was represented by 74 companies, 47 of them being international companies from countries: France, Germany, the Netherlands, China, Turkey. The exhibition was attended by over 19,000 visitors.
Attendee Information: The Participants can order: EQUIPPED EXHIBITION AREA IN THE EXHIBITION PAVILION The price amounts to EUR 199 per 1 sq.m. The standard exhibition area price includes the following clauses: expenses on exhibition area equipped with stand having one opened side, a carpet covering, signboard with the name of the firm, security, when exhibition is closed, cleaning of passages, stand of 9 m2 and more includes a table, two chairs, a lighting appliance, an European wall socket. Extra charge for a stand: - opened with 2 sides is 10% of the exhibition area cost; - opened with 3 sides is 15% of the exhibition area cost; UNEQUIPPED EXHIBITION AREA IN THE EXHIBITION PAVILION The price amounts to EUR 179 per 1 sq.m. The price includes the following clauses: expenses on exhibition area as well as security, when exhibition is closed, cleaning of passages. UNEQUIPPED EXHIBITION AREA IN THE EXHIBITION PAVILION The price amounts to EUR 80 per 1 sq.m. (from 200 sq.m. for one company) UNEQUIPPED EXHIBITION AREA OUT OF DOORS The price amounts to EUR 60 per 1 sq.m. The price includes expenses on security when exhibition is closed. Necessary organisation instalment of EUR 200 is for an every exhibitor firm. It includes information insertion into the exhibition catalogue, the Participant registering, badges and invitations for the exhibition, 2 invitations for evening party. CORRESPONDENCE PARTICIPATION. The price amounts to EUR 250. The Participant gets the right to insert information into the official exhibition catalogue. Promo actions during the exhibiton – 60 EUR from 1 person. THE ORDER OF PUTTING IN AN APPLICATION In order to be included into the list of Participants it is ecessary to fill in an application and send it to the address of the Organiser before -02.12.2010 and transfer 20 % from the total cost of participation during 3 days after putting in the application form. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse the application in the following cases: - if the participation payment is not effected in due time; - if goods don't match the theme of the exhibition; - if design-project of the stand is not stipulated in due time. If putting in an application for the unequipped exhibition area the Participant should stipulate a design-project and stand's construction time before 20.12.2010. Application that put after 02.12.2010 stipulates 100% payment during 3 days.
