WGQ series of solid soft starter

■ Range of application and introduction of classic application

it is applicable to the load smooth soft starting of cage model motor that is of three phase AC 50Hz,rated operation voltage of 380V,rated operation power of 5.5KW~500KW

Pump: with the pump control function, reduces pump current water hammer brought about by the liquid current impaction at starting and stopping, and saves the maintenance cost of system:

Ball mill: with voltage slope starting, reduces the wear and tear of the gear torque and the work load of maintenance and lengthens the service life,

Fan: the solid soft starter replaces the traditional starter, reduces wear and tear mechanical shock;

Compressor: using current limiting, to realize smooth starting and lower the motor temperature rise;

Crusher: locked rotor protection and quick protection make it possible to avoid over-heating and burning of motor caused by mechanical faults and block;

Conveying machinery; soft starting and soft stopping control realize the smooth and gradual starting process and smooth slowing stopping, thus avoiding damages caused to materials and equipments by shocks.

■ Operating principle and performance and characteristics.

WGQ series of cage model motor solid soft starter collects current and voltage signal from motor’s stator loop, so as to control three-way bidirectional conducting state, and further control the starting current and the input power of the motor at operation , and realize the automatic following of the motor’s load changes the automatic adjustment of the input with the purpose of motors soft starting and economic operation.

* Double and single-chip microcomputer full digital control is adopted;

* It has the function of 5 digit LED nixie tube display, and can display the allover working state of the motor;

* The Harvard single-chip microcomputer has strong anti-interference capacity, and can ensure a reliable work of system even under strong interference;

* It has the 3 starting ways of constant current soft starting, voltage slope starting, impulse jump starting which are applicable to all kinds of loads;

* it has the 2 shut down ways of free shut down, soft shut down he soft shut down characteristic and meet mechanic demands of various situations, and the time for soft shut down is adjustable;

* It has reliable protection functions such as over current, over load, over heating, power supply serrated phase, output serrated phase etc, thus making the starting and operation of the motor more reliable and safe;

* it is equipped with DCS distant control interface and computer RS485 interface;

* 4~20mA standard analog current output.

■  Lectotype standard

* General starting: mode selection of the starting of the loads of bow propeller, compressor, elevator, centrifugal pump, conveyer belt, lift etc can be based on the motor’s rated power;

* Heavy load starting: mode selection of the starting of centrifugal fan, crasher, mixer, grinder etc can be based on 120% of the rated power.

(note: cabinet style main loop idle run is equipped with DZ20 series, AC contact is equipped with CJ20 series .)

■ Notice for ordering

* The type will be determined by the motor′s rated power,rated voltage and working conditions;

* All parameters on the motor name plate shall be provided.(noted in the contract) it shall be stated in advance if the user site can not meet the “use conditions” or there is any special requirement.
