Application 

     Rotary kiln refers to the revolving calcinating kiln or revolving kiln ,

belongs to building material equipment, which can be divided into cement kiln, 

metallurgy chemical kiln and lime kiln according to different materials.

Rotary kiln is mianly applied for calcination of clinker ,refratory  materials

,bauxite ,aluminium oxide,hematate,limestone,dolomite and other materials .

Classification 

   Cement kiln is used for making of cement clinker and there are dry and 

wet methods to make cement. metallurgy chemical kiln is used in metallurgy

 industry and ironworks for lean iron ore, chromium ore and ferronickel ore calcimine. 

Lime rotary kiln is used for calcimine of high aluminum vandal ochre in refractory material industry.

Structure 

    Rotary kiln is  formed by rotary body ,lifting blade , driving device, supporting device and sealing ring .

The rotary body is circled by steel plate , firebricks are inlaid inside the body , three tyre belts are 

supported on three supporting devices separately , and a big gear ring is installed in the middle of body.
