Calcium Aluminate for synthetic slag used in steel making process specially for desulphurization、dephosphorization and non-metallic inclusion absorption without adversely affecting ladle refractory.

Tundish covering flux is added to the surface of tundish molten steel. It plays roles of thermal insulation and reducing heat loss, preventing reoxidation and geting rid of inclusions in steel and purify molten steel.

Mold flux has major influence on the quality of continuous casting slab and yield of caster. The main applications of mold flux are: thermal insulation, avoiding mold level ridging; air-isolating, preventing reoxidation of molten steel; getting rid of inclusions in steel; lubricating casting slab; filling air-gap between mold and casting slab, improving effects of heat transfer
