About steel, our produce mainly contains hot rolled steel plate/coil, angle steel, flat bar,steel pipe,stainless steel.... In ASTM/ASME/EN/JIS/ST/SB/ISO standard.
BEBON INT'L has two sub-factories at present, one is precision casting factory, using two kinds of technology namely silicon sol and water class.and there is four mills in this factory --- mould design and production,precision machining,galvanizing and mirror polishing. It can supply products in material like carbon steel,alloy steel,brass, stainless steel , according to standard like Japanese standard (JIS), German standard (DIN), American and so on. Another factory is big wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant and heat-resistant casting mill. The max unit weight can be 20 tons.the main products are high magnesium steel, alloy steel, high chromium iron, stainless steel, carbon steel, heat-resistant steel castings, etc.Our production modes include sand casting and precision casting, and our production technology includes lost foam casting technology, V-process molding technology, water glass vacuum hardening, water glass sand mould technology and water glass lost wax technology. Our products are widely used for mechanical equipment of metal recovery breaking, mine, metallurgy, chemical industry, cement, petroleum and other industries.
