ESSW1 high shear Inline mixer doesn't simply mix. It emulsifies, homogenises, solubilises, suspends, disperses and disintegrates solids. Each mixer, with its precision engineered rotor/stator workhead, far outperforms conventional mixers,improving quality, product consistency and process efficiency.

Self-pumping throughputs of 20 to 20,000 litres/hr No Bypassing

Product cannot bypass the precision rotor/stator workhead.

2.Interchangeable Workheads

Single stage rotor/stator configurations workheads as standard. For the rotor/stators configurations, 6 layers structures makes better shearing result.

3.Materials of Construction

Product contact in SS304 or 316L stainless steel. Motor Specification

Standard and explosion proof motors (Siemens ,ABB etc) are available as standard.

4.Inlet and Outlet Connections

All sanitary screw or flange fittings available on request (e.g. ISS, D/N, RJT, SMS, Tri-clamp, etc.).

5.Sealing

Single or double mechanical shaft seals available as standard.

6.Cooling

Cooling jacket structure as standard
