Southeast Aluminum Co., Ltd. Is a modernized aluminum processing enterprise invested by Southeast Aluminum Group. With total investment of 80 million US Dollars and registered investment of 9.8 million US Dollars, it is the largest comprehensive aluminum processing factory in Zhejiang province, and is also one of the most potential aluminum processing factory in China. The company is located in Jiangdong Industrial Area, Xiaoshan Economic & Technology Development Zone, which is only 10 minutes of driving from Hangzhou International Airport. The area of the company is around 160,000 square meters, in which the construction area is about 100,000 square meters.
Introducing advanced equipments and technology respectively from America, Germany and Sweden, the company produces over 100,000 tons aluminum materials. We have two deep well-type aluminum bar casting production lines, nine 500-1650 tons aluminum molding extrusion production lines, three 1600mm casting lines, four 1850mm casting lines, two 1450mm 4-H aluminum cold rolling mill production lines, one 1850mm 4-H aluminum cold rolling mill production line, and two 1600mm aluminum foil mill production lines with HONEYWELL thickness measurement system and Siemens VAI automatic gauge control (AGC) system, automatic flatness control (AFC) system. We also have one 1950mm circular slitter line, two 1850mm cut-to-length lines, one 2200mm heavy cut-to-length line, three 600-1450mm heavy gauge foil separator lines, two 1600mm foil separator lines, one 1700mm tension leveler line, and other finishing equipments including ten sets of 20 tons annealing furnaces.
Now the mainly products are: all kind specifications of aluminum sheet, aluminum volume board, cable foil, blister foil, food packing foil, beer bottle foil, household foil, aluminum molding compound strip used for pipe, aluminum molding compound foundation plate used for board, five bar checkered aluminum skidproof plate, stucco embossed aluminum sheet, spray coated aluminum volume board, aluminum veneer curtain wall foundation plate(thickness is from 0.008mm-40.0mm, the alloy is 5052, 1060, 1145, 1100, 1200, 3003, 3A21, 8011 and so on), aluminum tube, aluminum bar, all kinds of aluminum profiles used for industry, aluminum radiator(Circumcircle is 10mm-180mm, the alloy is 1060, 6061, 6063, 6A02, 3A21).
