Clamp the preconditioned specimen between the upper and lower cells tightly, vacuumize the lower pressure cell (lower cell) firstly, then vacuumize the whole system, when the certain vacuum degree achieved, close the lower cell, feed testing gas into the upper cell until the pressure is up to the certain data, make sure a constant pressure difference (adjustable) between the upper and lower cells is generated.
