Orthopedic implants.  Materials : Several grades of carbon and alloy steels,  austenitic stainless steels, ferritic and martensitic stainless steels, tool steels,  cupper alloys, aluminum alloys, cast iron. Our size ranges are : Parts weighing from 0.25 gr to 30 kg. for steel and bronze alloys,  up to 10 kg for aluminum alloys. Dimensions : 400X300X250 mm. and  greater sizes are also possible with additional operations. The tolerances comply with VDG –MERKBLATT P 690 Norms.

Our capabilities include die making , machining, heat treating, surface cleaning . Production quality is maintained through chemical analysis, dimensional controls, mechanical and non-destructive tests covering every stage of the casting process. Our Company is certified to ISO 9001 by American Quality Assesors in 2001.
