We produce the dehydrated fruits and vegetables every year in large quantity, which are classified as AD (air dehydration) and FD (freeze dehydration) series. The AD series of products are as follows: garlic flakes, garlic granules, garlic powder, white/yellow onion slices, onion powder, ginger flakes/powder, chives, small red chillies, green/red paprika cubes, carrot cubes, potato flakes and cubes, etc. The FD series of products are mainly spinach, onion, carrot, asparagus, ginger, green onion, hot pepper, strawberry, apple, pear, peach, instant egg soup and so on.
The registered capital of our company amounts to RMB?64million.Now, Its total investment has reached RMB?120million.It owns 626 employees. Among them, 49 are with post-secondary education, or above.
Currently, the company has 16 vacuum freeze-dehydration facilities of the 3rd generation, which is considered as the most advanced machineries. Our annual production capacity comes to 800 tons.
The company has 10 drying tunnels for AD series of products and 2 milling production lines capable to produce 50 tons of granules and powder items daily.
To assure the quality, the company adopt the first-class refrigeration, vacuum dehydration, drying equipments, and arrange production according to the quality control system strictly. Besides, We owns all kind of specialist, who have formed a more creative and cooperative team in production and management.
