At present our company can offer you especially pure powdered copper of up to 99.999% chemical purity (limited impurities of Mg, Al, Ti, Fe, Ni, Zn, Mo, Cd, Sb). The chemical purity is determined using a laser or spark mass-spectrometer.

The copper (Cu) is in the form of non-radioactive super-dispersed powder copper (SPC) with the average particles size of 22 micrometers.

The particles form: mixed.

The quality of the goods: is determined according to the following impurities: Mg, Al, Ti, Fe, Ni, Zn, Mo, Cd, Sb:

- the total amount of impurities is no more than 0.001 %;

- chemical purity is no less than 99.999 %

- specific radioactivity is no more than 37.6 – 3.7 becquerel / kg

The isotope content, % AT is the following:

Cu 63 isotope: 69.09% 0.05

Cu 65 isotope: 30.91% 0.03

The goods packing: The powder is stabilized in the argon medium, 4000 grams in glass ampoules, in a foam-polysterol packing, 48 kg in each plywood box.

We have developed powder copper in the form of particles with an average size of 1 micrometer, the particles build up to 200 – 300 micrometers large granules. When slightly effected mechanically (with ultra-sound), the granules decay into particles of up to 1 micrometer.

The particles size is determined using an effective scanning electronic microscope. The powder copper is packed in glass ampoules in the argon medium, at Customers’ request from 1 to 5 kg net weight in each. The ampoules are packed in foam polysterol and placed in boxes. The warranty storage life at the temperature from -60 o C to + 60 o C is 25 years.

The price of the powder copper is EUR 1000 for 1 kilogram ex works, without shipping and customs duties.

The powder copper can be transported by all means of transport including air transport.

Quality testing: SGS or GIRedMet (State Scientific Research Institute of Rare Metals Industry, Russian Federation).

We are able to produce copper powders of the size of less than 100 nanometers in the form of dispersion in solvents.

Also, we produce:

- up to 5 mm thick copper sheets of up to 99.9999% purity;

- ingots of 99.9999 % purity
