The equipment adopts brand-new bottom pasting, valve and square base bag, specially used in automatic pouring assembly line of powder, granule, and slice-shaped products. The improved pasting package more follows the international trend. The equipment include 2 varieties:

Automatic plastic woven fabric pasting assembly line:
1. Bag-manufacturing process
Plastic woven fabric reeling canister (PP, PE）→coil on the stand →four ～six-color printing →sticking the joint →cut off （computer handles the equipment or ‘M’ shape folding ）→auto feed →front fixing position →turn on at base →calibrate →paint glue →paste the valve rim →forming →second painting glue →paste at the attached base →break in reverse →stack up yard. Complete the manufacturing procedure for once. The whole assembly line is integrated in mechanical, electrical, and gas computer control.

2. Range
a. Packing range: Powder, granule, and slice-shaped articles such as cement, cereals, flour, fodder, coal, and chemical materials etc.
b.Bag-manufacturing range: polypropylene fabric, （ PP ）polythene membrane （ PE ）.
c.Material weight: polypropylene cover membrane plastic-weaving fabric （ PP ）≥ 90g/ ㎡or above, polypropylene membrane thick 0.02mm or above or other plastic bag-manufacturing material.

d. Suitable bag style: Valve bag, unsealed bag.
e. Suitable bag-manufacturing specifications and limit: 660 ～ 1020mm long, freely regulated, 450 ～ 700mm wide, freely regulated., 90 ～ 180mm wide, freely regulated.
f. Suitable bag-manufacturing and printing requirement: 4 ～ 6 colors chromatically printing, flexible resin edition, pneumatics net roller rising and falling, printing ink automatic cycle, photoelectric auto error correction.

4. Main technique distinguishing feature of installation:
a. The equipment is integrated in mechanical, electrical, and gas computer control, with high automation degree, and flexible operation, the whole bag-manufacturing course can be automatically fed and fixed orientation. To turn on at base, paint glue, paste valve rim, forming, paste base, press, and stack up yard etc are completed for once only. The operative interface is man-machine dialog, the information about production, statistics, and management is collected at all times or recorded forever.

b. Advanced planet gear vacuum adsorb auto feed pattern, settles the auto feed technology of pliable articles, and smooth non-erecting force material, correct front orientation technology, ensure correct coordinate of every bag in the whole assembly line.

c. Unique "Manipulator" turning on base technology and finger-shaped proofreading structure, causes every bag to take shape, and have accurate size.

d. Advanced resin binder paints glue automatically, the new drying technology causes the bag-manufacturing course no back-spring transfiguration, improve the agglutinating intensity
