VAFM Automatic Flute Laminators are newly designed products with advanced technology, easy operation, convenient maintenance, high speed low noise and high accuracy.
VAFM Automatic Flute laminator adopts the timing belts imported from Japan, which are constructed with wear resistant and highly tensile, thus guarantee the extremely accurate precision of lamination.
The adjusted glue roller system applies evenly on the corrugated paper and achieved gluing action. The recycle gluing system is refilled glue in the slot at both gluing rollers by electric glue controller. The glue system prevents wasting glue that makes it efficiency.
The advanced suction belt feeding mechanism of the bottom sheet feeder ensures A, B,C, D, E and F flute, single and double wall corrugated paper to be delivered smoothly even at high speed operation.

Bottom Feeding Unit:
This unit adopted the unique electrical transmission structure, ensure the high speed of sheet conveying and accuracy and not deflect. It also imported the overseas transmitting belt, so it has strong adaptability of the Alice of corrugated paper. Locating Unit:
This unit adopted the world's most advanced location spirit of Laminating machine, make track for the fixed position, and it can solve the problem of deformation caused by the impact of GPS positioning, making the speed much more rapidly.
