The propagation tanks are free of dead angles and easy to clean. The control system applies imported industrial computer, which can automatically control the whole propagation process. Various parameters can be freely set up and switched both manually and automatically. The whole propagation process can also be monitored and displayed, including instant & cumulative flow of the wort and oxygen, temperature & pressure of every grade propagators and the simulative liquid level, which achieves continuous and automated production. Besides, the system also includes complete CIP cleaning system and air & steam filtration system.

        The system shortens propagation period greatly, ensuring yeast’s high activity and effective preservation of yeast.
