Send the Draft Agreement for LEASE SBLC/BG with terms/procedures as stipulated by us duly incorporated therein.
Advise leasing fees + commission structure ( split up details )
Can you specify one Bank through which you will provide the relevant instrument.
This is required by Borrowers Bank as they will mention in BCL
However Borrowers prefer lease SBLC/BG issued by HSBC BANK.
