Producing the finest kinds of vegetable ghee, cooking oils and distinguished fats.
Savola Egypt Co. is an Egyptian joint stock company operating according to the investments law.
Its establishment resolution was issued in May 1992 with a capital of US$ 6 million and on an area of 45.000 m2.
The company is the first project of the mother company savola, the largest industrial food company in the middle East, which was founded 20 years ago with a total of investments exceeding US$ 533 million and with sales amounting to US$ 266 million .
The first stage of production has a capacity of 40.000 tons per annum of the following products :-
Rawaby : natural vegetable ghee with taste of butter ghee.
Al- Tahi : natural vegetable ghee made of best quality palm oils.
Afia : 100% natural pure corn oil.
Karam ( shortening ) : having the taste of butter ghee.
Our product are free from cholesterol and therefore healthy.
All of the above products are manufactured in collaboration with “ Aarhus” one of the leading companies in this fields .
The second stage of production includes distinguished fats and cocoa butter substitute with a capacity of 15.000 tons per annum of “C.B.S.” chocolate and confectionery products and “polawar” ice-cream and biscuits products.
The company’s raw oil tanks are located in Aladabiyah port in Suez governorate on an area of 17000 m2 and with a storage capacity of 13000 tons of oil. Yearly production amount of L.E 175 million .
Exports are to range from 15% to 20% of the total production volume
