Our techniques include not only the simple screen printing and thermal transfer but also digital printing, even dye sublimation printing.With the screen printing, we can match your specific colors so that your images presents the highest impact. It can be used on an array of materials and is best for large quantities. Thermal transfer prints on paper or other materials by melting a coating of ribbon so that it stays glued to the material on which the print is applied. It contrasts with Direct Thermal printing where no ribbon is present in the process.Digital Printing creates a high resolution look and is the most flexible because it can be used on an array of materials and customized for any projects. Dye sublimation combines the convenience of fabric with the flexibility of digital imaging. Because the color is absorbed into the cloth, it is more durable and photorealistic.
We own two sets of VUTEK Fabric 3360, which is the most sophisticated printer in the world right now.It can print graphic image straight on the cloth, Maximum width can be 3.2M, the length unlimited. Besides, the ink we use is green. The supply ability of our factory can reach as many as 10000 square meters per day. Our plant area is about 10000 square meters and there are about 60 staffs in our factory.Target markets are Advertising companies, travel agencies, all kinds of Exhibition and Mall promotional all around the world.Vast orders can be handled easily with us. Most products can be made according to the requirements of the customers. Small quantity orders are also welcomed.
