Principle and character: By the coupling device, the motor turns the upper and lower tool at a high speed, cutting the tire into width-even rubber strips which are then conveyed through the gathering sill to the pressing jaw where the jaw presses the rubber strips, and the motor turns the spinning tool head to cut strips into blocks.
