Hebei Yulong Casting Co., Ltd is a joint venture with ISO9001 certification in China.
This new state-of-the-art modern foundry has the latest Disamatic moulding-line with a Dideon drum mould knockout system; capable of producing 250 moulds/hour up to a mould weight of 20 kg. A semi-automatic vertical moulding-line comprising of four BMM CT-3 moulding machines captable of producing 160 moulds/hour up to a mould weight of 60kg. Currently being installed is a floor -moulding air setting sand system producing castings of 1000kg. A comoputer controlled sand system supplies high puality unit sand to the moulding lines. Metal melting is by four 1500-kg electic indution furnaces giving the highest metallurgical controls of melting aaand pouring practice.
Our maain products include pipe fittings, auto parts, victaulic products, cap of sleeve, sleeve, equl tee, elbow, valve parts, wire mesh, flange, cap of flange, etc.
