Action-1 is a system to dispense a metered volume of material loaded in a barrel by giving pressurized pulse air into the barrel for a certain period of time. The dispense volumes can be controlled from 0.01 ml/shot to any large volume by adjusting time, pressure and nozzle orifice. For low viscosity liquid applications are the controllers with vacuum tranducer which can prevent dripping of liquid from a needle tip. /For high viscosity material applications, it is recommended to put a plunger inside the barrel, a plunger will dispense the high viscous material clearly inside barrel

Our model TS series is automatically metering.mixing/dispensing(potting/bonding/sealing) system of two liquid material such as epoxy, urethane and silicone. Our system use the both metering pumps as the precise gear pump driven by speed-controlled motor. Our metering pump(gear pump)has no pulsation of flow rate. /The mixing ratio is available in the rage from 100:100 to 100:5 /The dispensing speed is adjustable by motor speed controller (The accuracy of dispensing volume within ?%) /The dispensing volume controlled by digital timer on electrical control panel
