The universal centre lathe SU 63 CNC is numric controlled machine which is designed for machining of cylindrical and conic external and internal rotary surfaces, radfi, threading and other turning operations. On the machine the workpieces welghting up to 8000 kg can be machined. The machine will be delivered in centre distances 6500 mm. The machine has the horizontal bed of rigip design with hardened andgrouund guideways. The contra surfaces of saddle are covered with slide plastic TURCITE B. the spindle drive is derived from electrical asynchrom motor which is controlled by frequency regulator. The spindle revolutions are infinitely variable in four hand shilfted ranges, which enables the turning with as constant cutting speed. The drives of longitudinal and cross feeds are perfomed by means of servodrives directly on the baliscrew. The machine have control system FAGOR 800T. The machine conforms to the security instructions and requirements for CE mark.
