4. And note, the Awarded Committee also informed me this morning that upon your positive response all the neecesary project guidelines all other information will be forwarded to you direct from the General Secretariat of SBSO in which presence of your CEO or DIRECTORS will be highly needed during the payment release and contract agreement signing ceremony which must be held two weeks you received the authenticated approval documents and legalized letter of invitations for your entry visas.
5. According to Director of Projects (SBSO)Approvals of your file will be made known to you after, evaluation of your submitted bids, brief company profile, products specifications and few of your products representatives as samples therefore are you in position to send samples by DHL or TNT for quality test and series of inspections ?
