During the past 30 plus years, Thai Lin Radio has been successful in fulfilling orders from highly precise and dedicated magnetic components. Our wide range of production capabilities include all form of power transformers, open and encapsulated, switching modes, EMI filter net works, etc. Products are all well recognized in the market and highly respected by industry leaders. After many years, our parts have tailor made projects. All products meet international safety protocols and well approved under the UL, CSA, CSA,VDE, TUV, AND CE.
As of current, our production coverage includes 35% in Europe, 25% in the North America, 15% in Japan and 25% in the other multinational regions. We project that demand for our products will continue to increase throughout the world markets in the coming years.
To enhance our value for our customers in terms of technical support and quality, our engineering laboratory has earned the TUV & UL??s Witnessed Test Data Program(WTDP), factory have been listed by the ISO-9001, 2000 version and ISO-14001 under the TUV Quality & Environmental Management. We are also equipped with precision x-ray spectrum systems to consistently monitor our raw material to ensure 100% control of Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) and uphold standards like Lead-free soldering.
We believe in a holistic approach in servicing our customers as an essential business practice today. Our in-house tooling and plastic molding concepts are particularly designed with this belief in mind. The molding department is made up of 20 very skilled technicians supporting 2 highly dedicated CNC machines can sort between 50 to 450 tons just to give an idea of variability.
