We are one new factory in the trade of our nation which occupies the land of 10000 squares. At present, there are more than 10 years of experience in mould manufacturing. We mainly make moulds for various of Daily use articles, Crate,Pails,Pallets,Barrals,Bins,Baskets,Tubs,Storage containers and auto parts, Motorcycle parts, Air-conditioner, Washing machine parts and Television injection moulds middle and large type blowing moulds. Now we provide the fittings moulds for No.1 Automobile Company, Hafei Autos, Taiwan Dongyang(kaiyi) Group and Beijing Futian autos etc. Our products have been exported far to Japan, American, Syria. Egypt, Middle East, South America and other countries and districts.
Our company believing in the idea “Keep improving, Honesty oriented ” to create our mould brand HUASU! We always fetch in new manufacture equipments from overseas. Including 4 machinery centers, 4 Wire-cutting machine,3 electric pulse control machines. Also having 7 CAD/CAM workstations. Especially having abundant experience in processing the large-scale complicated moulds and small-scale accurate moulds. Besides for lots of young technological engineers on CAD/CAM, also some experts from Guangdong who specialized in the manufacturing of the small-scale moulds join us, which can guarantee the quality.
