Specifications:
1) Refined camellia oil
2) Appearance: clear and bright
3) Color: Yellow ≤25, Red≤3
4) Acid Value (mg KOH/g): Max. 0.5%
5) Oleic Acid (%): Min. 78.0
6) Applications: as a cooking oil it helps to slow cooking by
transferring heat slowly, making it for ideal basting and roasting.
In hot dishes it is used for frying and in stews, roasts, sauces
and ragouts it is excellent for browning
7) Camellia oil slightly alters the taste of food, maximizing the original flavor and adding its own particular aroma
8) Thanks to its fatty acid composition, camellia oil remains extremely stable even at high temperatures. It may also be used as a dressing or topping on salads, toasted bread or other foods and can also be used in mayonnaise and other dressings
9) Shelf life: 18 months
