Quantity : 20000 mt/month
Payment: for the 20000 mt/month with the price of USD 173/mt, FOB basis, you have to open a Stand-by letter of credit of 20000x173=3460000x three months=10380000. (please note that after three deliveries the banking operations restart in the same way).
For this letter of 346000 the seller will need a Bank Accredit opened at a first rank bank in Switzerland and a 2% PB for the entire sum of USD 207600.
The first delivery is made within 45 days from the accredit s opening.
