LOADING PORT: BLACK SEA PORT ACCEPTABLE TO BOTH BUYER & SELLER.
PRICE: US$...M/T FOB Stowed LSD.( For C&F we require Destination Port & unloading rate with LOI )
INSPECTION: QUALITY, QUANTITY, WEIGHT BY S.G.S OR EQUIVALENT AT SELLER'S COST AND ESTABLISHED AT PORT OF LOADING "ONLY".
PAYMENT TERMS: Prime Bank "Transferable" L/C confirmed by a Western Prime Bank acceptable to Seller, for the full value of the Contract in shipments of a minumum of 10,000m/t.
( Confirmation charges at Buyers expense).
DOCUMENTS; SGS & ALL NECESSARY REQUESTMENTS OF BUYER.
PERFORMANCE BOND; As agreed between Buyer & Seller per Contract stated Format in reply to a Pre-advise L/C.
PROCEDURES:
1. Seller issues corporate proforma offer ( on reciept of LOI )..we do not offer SAMPLE PRICING against e-mail inquiries.
2. Buyer completes and returns signed proforma together with a statement from the buyers bank on bank letter head duly signed by bank endorsing the buyers ability to issue the PAYMENT INSTRUMENT for the full amount indicated on the offer.
3. Upon verification and acceptance of the buyers bank co-ordinates seller will send draft contract for the Buyers review and action.
4. Buyer to return the draft contract signed & sealed with ammendments.
5. The hard copy of the contract will be exchanged via international courier service (DHL or FEDEX )
6. Buyers bank issues Pre-Advise PAYMENT INSTRUMENT within five banking days of signing of the Contract.
7. Sellers bank issues the Performance Bond and activates the Buyer's PAYMENT INSTRUMENT.
8. Delivery commences as per terms of Contract.
