1) Commodity -
2) Quantity - total in Metric Tons, How many per month? How many for one shipment?
3) Contract duration.
4)* Payment Terms - BG, SLC, FFDLC, URF or RLC. Explain by the words, no abbreviations,please Letter of Credit covers the full: Contract value, shipment value or monthly value? Is it: Irrevocable? Transferable? Confirmed? Issued by?
5) Target Price - US$ per MT, FOB/CNR, including/non including commission.
6) Destination port or ports.
7) Packed or in bulk.
8) Loading Initiative - how long after acceptance of the financial instrument is loading expected to start?
9)Discharge (unloading) rate per day in the destination port. (the Buyer's option)
10) Your commission if any ( US $ per MT).
