Description

L-SL-A is wood and straw pulp by mixing paddle modified by chemical processing of waste from a medium molecular weight, low reducing sugar content. Mainly used in concrete. The product has a low dosage, low gas content, high water reducing rate and good workability to the characteristics of cement, most notably with the characteristics of naphthalene based superplasticizer compound may reduce naphthalene superplasticizer in inorganic salt content.

Dosage, Benefits and Application

1.    The dosage is 0.2%~0.5% of cement

2.    The slump increases 2~4 times, after dosage 0.25%.

3.    Keeps the same strength, cement saving reaches to 10-15%.

4.    In the standard state, can delay the initial setting time of concrete 2.5 hours, 3 hours final setting time, hydration heat peak delayed for more than 5 hours and is conducive to the summer of construction, transport and commercial concrete mass concrete works.

Package, Storage & Handling

1.    Woven fabric bag with plastic liner. Net weight is 25±0.2kg，or according to customer’s requirements.

2.    Cautions should be taken to prevent from being torn by sharp-ended objects while packages are being transferred or delivered. When being contaminated by high humidity or moisture in case of leakage, it can be prepared in prescribed ways for further use without surrendering any effect.

3.    It should be stored in a dedicated warehouse that is well-ventilated and dry. It remains effective in one year. After the expiration, date, it can be used again if testing results fall within the established range.
