The company is one of the industrial giant in manufacturing pipes " Reinforced
concrete pipes and stoneware in Egypt and play an important role strengthening the national economy by provide the countries with all its needs for the infra structure and utilities projects such as
potable water , sewage , drainage and irrigation field .
Our FACTORIES
1- Asbestos Pipes & Joints
CORRUGATED SHEETS
Of width 95 , 110 CM and of length 152.5-183-213.5-244 CM thickness 6 mm.
ASBESTOS CURVED CORRUGATED SHEETS
Produced in length 300 cm width 105 cm 8mm.
ASBESTOS CEMENT FLAT SHEETS
Produced in different widths of 122 cm to 244 cm , thickness from 6 to 25 mm
ASBESTOS CEMENT PRESSURE PIPES
Manufactured according to upto date international standared specifications using the best grades of imported fibers and Portland or sulphste resistant cement.
Pipes are produced in lengths 4&5 meters with nominal diameters from 100 to 1000 mm.
Working pressure 6/7.5/9/10/12/15 bar.
Test pressure in workshop 12/15/20/30bar
ASBESTOS JOINTS
A/C joints are manufactured with different types
( magnani or recka) for all diameters and working pressures.
CAST IRON JOINT
Siegwart supplies cast iron (gibault) complete rubber joints and bolts of different dimensions
2- Reinforced Concrete Pipes
There are two factories for pipes :
1 - A factory for producing the two - spigots pipes
jointed together by a concrete jointing . Such pipes
are used in irrigation and agriculture drainage purposes
and produced with nominal diameter from 150 mm to
2000 mm according to the Egyptian standard specifications under No. 658 for the year 1968 .
2 - Another factory for producing the socket and spigot
pipes using a rubber jointing to join the two pipes together These pipes are produced with nominal diameter from 150 mm to 3000 mm and used in sanitary drainage purposes .
Moreover , the company has produced different manhols with all circular and square sizes , and both of one piece and many rings jointing together with a rubber jointing .
Siegwart also has added to its production activity manhols of telephone cables manufactuered from sulphate - resistant cement , ( sea water cement ) which are used for insulation purpose from both indide and outside .
Intrenal insulation :
1 - using " Epoxy " with thickness not less than 450 micron .
2 - using P.V.C. ( T - lock ) sheets .
3 - using the polycoat H. P. 1358 m material in painting from inside with thickness not less than 1000 micron .
4 - using fondu cement with thickness 30 mm from inside .
external insulation :
1 - Using the P.F. material with thickness not less than 350 micron .
2 - Using sheets of the Poly Ethelin material with thickness not less than 200 micron >
( these methods of insulation guarntee a complete and full resistance against drainge water and infected soil )
3- Cement Brick
Used materials :
1 - Portland cement
2 - Lime stones
3- Sand

* Standard brick of size 25 x 12 x 6 cm .
* hollow brick of size 40 x 20 x 20 cm .
* hollow brick of size 40 x 20 x 12 cm
