It specializes in metal display fixture, sign frame, furniture and storage racks made of steel such as wires, metal plates, metal tubes and MDF. Through years of strenuous effort, our company is expanding rapidly and has built up a good reputation abroad. We are dedicated to supplying customers with quality products and good service at most competitive prices.It established its own factory building and was put into use in August 19, 2006. It covers an area of about 230,000.00 square feet (22,000 square meter). About 15,000 square feet is dedicated to storage, about 15,000 square feet is dedicated to powder coating and packing. Equipment mainly includes 1 complete powder coating line, 11 punching machines, 18 spot-welding machines, 20 Co2-welding machines, 3 Arc-welding machines, 3 wire-cutting machine, 1 guillotine shears, 1 plate-cutting machine, 1 plate-bending machine, 1 tube-cutting machines, 1 tube benders, 1 tube shrinking, 2 grinding millers, drill machines, grinding machines, and more to name.Trainings of professional skills are given to our employees on regular base for the purpose of continuous improvement on quality of staff and products. We search for partnership in strategy of mutual benefits. It has great production capability and can produce more than 60 containers a month. Any common order can be finished within 3 weeks upon sample is confirmed and samples can be finished within 1 week.The quality assurance procedure is as the following: we have a quality control sheet listing dimensions and areas of concern. We also use the part print for the employee to use as he is building the display, QC also uses the same quality control sheet and checks all dimensions of all parts every 45 minutes and logs these dimension onto the QC sheet to see any variances and to log any changes. Any variances are pulled and reviewed.The shipping port is Jiujiang river port, Shanghai or Xiamen. Should you come to China, please come to visit our factory. From Shanghai (Guangzhou or Xiamen) Airport to Nanchang airport is only an hour flight. And from Nanchang airport to our factory is about 40 minutes drive.
