Tapioca Starch is rich in starch, obtained from the tuberous roots of the cassava plan. It is used both directly as a food and as a thickening agent in emulsions for food products and industrial applications (lithographic Inks). In many uses it is a satisfactory substitute for gum arabic.

For production of food, biscuit, food thickener, filler for food products, adhesive, paper and pulp, intermediate for other food chemicals.
