We are an ISO9001:2008 certified Chinese transformer bushing supplier and exporter,with voltage class between 20kv-550kv.The electrical and mechanical performances meet the requirements of GB/T4109-2008 and IEC 60137 Ed.6.0.
Structure
Our OIP bushings are full sealed consisted of condenser core,upper and lower porcelain,connceting flange,oil reservoir,connecting plate and sealing parts.The general connection is by the strength of pressed spring and the connection of flange with upper porcelain is bonded to enhance cantilever load.
The bushing main insulation,the condenser core of layers column type capacitors are wrapped with HV cable paper impregnated in insulating oil and aluminum foil.Testing tap on the flange is used to measure dielectric loss and partial discharge (363kv and above level with the oil plug).The insulation oil inside the bushing is adjusted by the reservoir on the top and the oil level can be observed from the indicator on it (252kv and above level with Magnetic indicator).
The currents are carried by the cable through central tube of the drawlead type bushings and are carried by the tube of the drawrod rype bushings (current above 2500A),all the bushings are install with the bottom shield on the end.

Partial discharge≤10PC; some even lower than 5PC
Dielectric loss≤0.007; some even lower than 0.005
Meet any creepage distance requirements; high protection grade
Small diameter and light weight to reduce structre dimensions and weight of transformers.
Oil collection box with integrative structure to ensure reliable sealing.
Improvement for testing tap to ensure reliable performance.
Operation conditions
Ambient temperature: -45 to 40℃. (minus 45 to 40degrees centigrate)
Maxium mounting angle off the vertical: 30 degrees.
Altitude should not be over 1500m.
Please negotiate with us if 1500m above height is needed.
