Bavelloni V-4 Double edging line, Installed new in August 2000, ran
production from May, 2001 until November 2002 when we closed that
particular facility. Minimum size: 130mm x 130mm, Maximum size:
1600mm x 2600mm. This line was designed to run at up to 20meters/min. with
grinding, polishing, and corner dubbing spindles. This line includes a
Somaca 84" wide, 6 Brush washer that was rebuilt to accommodate the speed
of the edger which includes: variable speed drive, additional blower and
knives to dry at maximum speed, and updated drive chain system. Also a 24"
x 20' portable conveyor is included as an inspection conveyor, off of the
washer, to maximize the output on smaller parts.
We also have a Centa Sep Centrifuge and 3000 gallon conical
bottom tank that was purchased and installed at the same time as the edger,
which was used as a coolant system.
