G10/FR4-Epoxy Fiberglass Cloth Laminated sheet

G10/FR4 is made of electrical alkali-free glass cloth impregnated with epoxy resin by processing under pressure and heat.
Characters and Applications:
It is Class F(155 degree) insulating material. This product has higher mechanical property, water and heat resistance, stable dielectric property after soaking. It is used as insulating structural parts for electric machine and apparatus equipments.
Advantages: higher mechanical property, water and heat resistance, stable dielectric property after soaking.

Impact strength parallel to laminations (charpy): ≥33KJ/㎡

Dissipation factor (50HZ):0.04
Water absorption (D-24/23, 1.6 mm in thickness):≤19mg
