Aluform A.S. is one of the biggest sandwich panel manufacturers in Europa and Asia, with more than 30 years experience in construction business. Our factory, close to İstanbul, is over 110.000sqm area, which is said to be the biggest in Turkey.
We have a production capacity of 4.000.000sqm sandwich panels per year, with our two continuous panel production lines ,one for polyurethane insulated panels, and the other one is for rockwool insulated panels. Moreover, we have 2 roll forming lines, producing sinusoidal and trapezoidal single sheet claddings, which are the fastest and have the highest quality. We can form either aluminium or galvanized steel single skin materials, in more than 20 different forms.
Furthermore, we are able to produce cold storage sandwich panels, in a big thickness range of 60mm ~ 80mm. ~ 100mm. ~ 120mm. ~ 150mm. ~ 200mm. Cam – lock system is adopted to these panels, to disable the weather – loss. Our cold storage panels have customers in Bulgaria, Romania, Egypt, Israel, Ukraine and in very huge projects in Turkey, as Algida cold rooms.
Our production and laboratories are up to ISO 9001 : 2000 standards and we have Quality Awards, gained by our high – tech production system. Our brochures are being renewed by the end of this month, and I’ll be able to provide you these catalogues in the first week of May. You will also see our quality documents in the file attached.
