We also give below the full procedure, which shall be followed to perform the deal:

1) Seller issues a draft contract to the buyer by fax for acceptance and signature Fax copy will be considered as original until original will arrive. Original will be sent by DHL.

2) Buyer will sign contract and will return back with banking information..

3) The Buyer opens a pre advice Letter of Credit or SWIFT message confirming the capability to purchase the sugar as per the Payment terms of the Contract.

4) Sellers bank will issue Proof of Product via SWIFT message to the Buyers Bank

5) Buyers bank will open Transferable non-operative LC .

6) Sellers Bank issues 2% Performance Bond to the Buyers Bank which will activate the LC.   

7) Upon activation of LC shipping of commodity commences as per contract.
