PRODUCTION LINE
The company produces:
1. Steam Boilers from 100 Kg/hr to 12.000 Kg/hr three (3) passes, working pressure from 0,5 BAR to 14 BAR
2. Steam Generators from 300 Kg/hr to 4.000 Kg/hr
3. Oil Boilers from 120.000 Kcal to 4.000.000 Kcal up to 300 C and working pressure up to 6 BAR.
Nowadays THERMIA steam generator is a must for many industries. The advantages of the THERMIA steam generator over against the ordinary fire tube boilers are:
-Low installation cost
-The fuel consumption is proportional with the steam demand.
-All types have a characteristic product less than 50.
All fuel, air, water and steam flows controlled with high quality devices and fully automatic.
Fabrication is according to T.R.D. regulation. Maximum efficiency due to the advance design of the combustion chamber together with a pressurized burner is 85%. Maximum working pressure for all the THERMIA types is 10 BAR or more under request.
The THERMIA in three minutes only gives the requested amount of steam and pressure. The THERMIA is supplied together with a water storage tank, feed water preheater and steam drier for a steam production of 95% dry. The THERMIA coil is seamless tume DIN 17175, ST 35.8
Application of the THERMIA steam generators are offering itself everywhere in the industry. Problems concerning steam supply can always be solved with THERMIA steam generators.
