San Jye was established in 1977 ; we have accumulated 24 years professional experience in sheet metal working field. Starting from the production of high/low pressure switchboard to nowadays various sheet metal-working business services, we are capable of offering the premium quality stainless steel products; including gas grills, profession tool chest/cabinet, precision mechanic metal parts, and stainless steel sinks. We would like to dedicate in OEM/ODM projects and cooperate with domestic & overseas manufacturers, trading companies, and representative agents.
Our factories are well equipped with advanced automatic/semi-automatic precision CNC machinery. In 1985, we started to use CNC machines to step into precision sheet metal-working market; in 1987, all facilities were completely upgraded and renewed. Based on the continuous research and development for years, we can ensure the advantages of our products - small quantity with various designs, no mold needed, prompt delivery, and less developing cost. We become one of the most important contractor of many manufacturers and can offer all kinds of sheet metal components. We are widely-recognized by customers with our exceptional technology skill, superb quality, and honest management.
During these 5 years, we have been studying to improve of our stainless steel products and we have expanded the factory to produce the highest quality products from December 1997. Our high quality stainless steel sink is one of the most well-known brand in Taiwan. We have appointed ¡§G.A. MATAR IMPORT & MARKETING ¡§ as our exclusive agency to sell our sinks in Israel and Pakistan.
Besides that, we exported the stainless steel professional tool chest/cabinet under ¡§HUSKY¡¨ brand for Home Depot through OEM and that turned out a very good feedback in the market.
In May 1999, we increased the capital and expanded the factory again to develop and manufacture various kinds of stainless steel gas grills. Furthermore, we do focus on the research of infrared burner for overall quality. Our own developing welding skill greatly increases the feature of nice quality and the lineal mirror polishing highly enhances visually appealing.
So far we are in co-operation & launch a series of gas grills (freestanding & portable) with one of the most well-known brand.
Due to our professional experience of years and state-of-the-art technology, we can produce exquisite and finest quality at the most reasonable price to increase our competition in the market. And in order to be responsive to the rapid-changing market, our mature and innovative R&D team is fully confident in developing new products in cost-effective way to fulfill the customers¡¦ needs. In future, we will positively explore the overseas market with excellent technology skill and strict quality control. OEM/ODM programs are welcome.
