Basic characteristic

HEADSTOCK:
- front radial bearing of spindle mount is hydrostatic
- rear radial bearing and axial bearings of spindle mount are antifriction bearings
- automatic shoe brake on driven pulley
- spindle drive with asynchronous motor
- spindle speed change trough gear shifting by hand levers

BED:
- two - way bed with prismatic and flat guideways
