We are direct Private Lenders. We only loan against many types of Bank Instruments (BI). Your bank instruments (BI) MUST BE OWNED, not leased. We accept Bank Guarantees, Bank Cheques, Bank Drafts, Certifi-cates of Deposits (CD) and many other bankable, Cash, Gold-backed, Petroleum-backed or other types of immediately verifiable bank instruments.

We are direct lenders and must work direct to the owners of these instruments. No mandates, beneficiaries or next-to. ALL bank instruments (BI) must be callable. BI?s presented to us must be approved AND VERIFIABLE by the issuing bank or their Western European correspondent bank, Government or Sovereign entity.

All BI sent to me by clear scanned copies (both front and back) must be in acceptable Western European financial institutions where SWIFTing is immediately possible. 

Intermediaries are always protected, but they must step aside for us to work directly with the borrower. WE DO NOT WORK through daisy chains. Only genuine requests please. No time- wasters. E-mail me with ALL details of your bank instruments, your project write-up (not more than one A4 page), your contact numbers, email, etc for now. We will later also need your business registration papers, etc. Have this in readiness to send to me later.
