We are gold miners and sellers from Ghana. We are seeking for reliable and serious buyers who are Ready, Willing and Able to buy our products through PMMC through this Simple procedure and terms below:



                                          FOB-GHANA VIA PMMC



TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

A) Buyer must have bank account outside PMMC and must pay us outside PMMC.



B) Due to delay in payment through PMMC and the fact that they buyer is rightfully buying from our company and NOT PMMC, we prefer that the said buyer must have his/her bank account outside PMMC and we prefer receiving our payment CASH outside PMMC.



C) Upon the arrival of the buyer in Ghana, buyer will contact the seller and have a table top T/T meeting with the seller in seller’s office, buyer’s hotel or a neutral agreed ground prior to going to PMMC refinery for assaying of the goods.



D) Buyer shows the seller their proof of fund (POF) cash amount agreed upon, as a guarantee that a non payment will not occur and to show that the buyer is NOT a broker wishing to pay via bank instruments or loans.



E) Seller deposits his gold into the refinery and awaits for the assay test result. After the assay, if buyer/seller are satisfied with the refined process, purity, quality and fitness of the gold is agreed, then buyer/seller will convey the assayed gold with tight security to buyer’s bank outside PMMC  for CASH PAYMENT.



 F) The buyer will test all the quantity of Gold dust or Ingots at PMMC and after the result of the refining, then the buyer will pay the seller cash from his/her bank outside PMMCpremises.



G) After mutually final cash payment to seller by buyer, then title of the gold is exchanged and recorded into buyer’s name.
