AAYUSH Roll Compactor is available in two different models with output capacity ranging from 20 to 100 kgs.
1. The screw feeder is capable to feed bulky material by variable frequency control speed drive.
2. Design assures easy and quick cleaning.
3. Feed screw drive is interconnected with main drive.
4. Mechanical & electrical safety devices are included.
5. Pre-compaction chamber guides the material to rolls without any slippage or leakage.
6. Required hardness is maintained through out the process. Once setting is done hardness is maintained automatically at preset value by means of hydraulic system.
