Structure Introduction
Rice husk boiler series use rice husk as the main fuel, combusts on a fixed grate or reciprocating grate.Boilers have larger grate area and the entire membrane walled furnace, at the rear is fire heating surface, at the rear is serpentuator economizer, a number of blower is fitted near economizer,fuel feeding hole uses water-cooled flashboard；slag remove system uses water-cooled core screw-up slag hoist devices；Meanwhile, to ensure efficiency of dust removal, multi-tube dust cleaner and tower type water spray dust catcher are fitted in front of induced draught fan.
Technical Characteristic
1.Aim at the combustion characteristics of rice husk, the boiler using low-temperature combustion, reduce nitrogen oxide emissions.
2.low excess air coefficient of combustion to increase efficiency.
3.Multi phase air supply structure achieves sufficient combustion.
4.Big furnace structure, ensure sufficient time for dust settlement, reducing the original emission concentration.
5.stable and reliable water-cooled core screw-up slag hoist devices to ensure boiler's combustion stability
6.water-cooled gate eliminates the possibility of fuel re-burning ensures the safe operation of the boiler.
