QUANTITY:....Up to 60,000m/t for Re-Bars delivery in December - February.
GRADE:....A500C
SIZES:....Diameter 12mm - 22mm.
PACKING:....As per Producers Standard Export.
SHIPMENTS:....10,000m/t Minumum (WITHIN 35 DAYS OF OPERATIVE DL/C)..Shipment schedule to be agreed between buyer & seller on Contract.
LOADING PORT:....BLACK SEA PORT.
PRICE:....We can offer either FOB or C&F FO basis..C&F subject to unloading facilities in regards to a minumum of 10,000m/t shipments.
INSPECTION:....QUALITY, QUANTITY, WEIGHT BY S.G.S OR EQUIVALENT AT SELLER'S COST AND ESTABLISHED AT PORT OF LOADING ONLY.
PAYMENT TERMS:....PRIME BANK 'Transferable' DL/C or REVOLVING L/C ISSUED AND/OR CONFIRMED BY WESTERN PRIME WORLD BANK FOR THE SHIPMENT AMOUNTS PAID UPON PESENTATION OF SHIPPING DOCUMENTS IN US$DOLLARS.... 20% Pre-Payment required. ( Confirmation charges at Buyers expense ).
DOCUMENTS:....SGS & ALL NECESSARY REQUIREMENTS OF BUYER.

PROCEDURES:
1. Seller issues corporate proforma offer ( After reciept of a Fully Detailed LOI )
2. Buyer completes and returns signed proforma together with a 'statement from the buyers bank' on bank letter head duly signed by bank endorsing the buyers ability to issue a DL/C for the full amount indicated on offer.
3. Upon verification and acceptance of the buyers bank co-ordinates seller will send final draft contract to the Buyer.
4. Buyer to return the draft contract signed & sealed.
5. The hard copy of the contract will be exchanged via international courier service (DHL or FEDEX )
6. Within 5 days of signing of the contract, Buyers bank issues Pre-advise DL/C for the Seller's acceptance of text.
7. Seller accepts Pre-advise and instructs his bank to issue with full bank responsibilty Performance Bond to activate the buyers L/C.
8. Delivery commences as per terms of Contract.
