The agent which can reduce the crude freezing point is called Pour Point Depressant. PPD usually has two categories that one is surfactant and another is polymer.Our company have four different kins of crude PPDs.Thery are Ethylene-vinyl acetate esters copolymers,Acrylate - with maleic anhydride copolymers,Acrylic high carbon alcohol ester/maleic anhydride/vinyl acetate copolymer and Styrene - with maleic anhydride - high-level mixed ester esterification resin four kinds.
This product is formed with Styrene-Maleic anhydride-Advanced mixed ester esterfied resin as white powder that can soluble in benzene, toluene, xylene and diesel etc.organic solvent.It has a good sensitivity to the crude and marked pour point depression and viscosity reducing performance with a large use scale.Users should make a certain content solution and then add into the crude as a suggested dosage 25mg/L as the rule of higher freezing point more dosage.The suggested preheating temperature is 60?C.
