Desinged primarily for use in precious metal mining such as crushing to micron size agregate of placer concentrates, ore and hard rock lode mining.

Volume of materials to be processed is primarily limited by the feeder system capacity.  Feeder system is spec'd

for processing up to 20 cubic yards per hour.

The systm is designed for crushing materials such as granite of 3/8" to 1/2" aggregate.  Materials lighter in weight and density (hardness) than granite, up to approximately 1" aggregate can be processed.  One cubic yard of hard rock such as granite weighs approximately 3,000lbs (1 1/2 tons).

In a 10 hour production day, running at 100% capacity, 30 tons of material may be processed.  Following is the gross revenue possible to be produced with gold selling at $650 per oz., depending on the amount of gold derived from each ton of materials processed.

 

1 oz gold per ton @ $650 per oz x 30 tons per day=$14,625 per day x 30 days =$438,750 month x 12 months =$5,265,000.

2 oz gold per ton @ $650 per oz x 30 tons per day =

$39,000 per day x 30 days =$1,170,000 month x 12 months = $14,040,000 yearly.
