TuffPly is an engineered plastic board, made specifically for form concrete shuttering faces. Its solid construction of plastic material, reinforced by aluminum plates, provides a consistent high strength to weight ratio but light board and does not crack or rot or absorb moisture.  

Its very tough & scratch resistant surface suits the rough handling on site and can be nailed, screwed & sawn easily like how you would use a wood product.

The UV resistant plastic material can last for years and typical reuses of a few hundred times could be achieved with proper care and handling within its mechanical limits.

Standard Thickness:
9mm, 10.5mm, 11.5mm, 15mm, 17.5mm, 21mm & 23mm.

Thickness varying from 6 to 30mm is available with varying dimensions up to a max. 2.5m long x 1.30m wide. Larger sizes has to be on special request.
